Do you have a lab requisition? Don't want to wait in a long line, contact us. We will draw your labs and drop off at your location choice within a 10 mile radius, miles then after will be calculated prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24hr notice.
